CAAR-International is a French foundation, founded by Ben Stevens (president) and Will de Hek (vice-president). The members are the different national CAAR-Clubs. Their presidents form the boarding committee of CAAR-International. The national clubs, the members of CAAR-International, are incorporated according to their national laws. The members of CAAR-International consult one another on low level base. CAAR-International has no power over the national clubs. It serves more like a portal to come together.
